Christ Church Lane

Christ Church Lane is one of the oldest lanes in Cork and is clearly visible on the oldest-known map of Cork dating from 1545. Gerald Goldberg (1912-2004), a former Lord Mayor of Cork, elder in the Jewish community, eminent solicitor, scholar and bibliophile, was a pupil in Christ Church School for a time.
