Saint Fin Barre's Cathedral - Tympanum Sculpture

The typanum is over the doorway of the north transept of the cathedral. It shows an angel measuring the temple of the heavenly Jerusalem accompanied by St. John the Evangelist. The sculpture was inspired by a passage in the twenty-first chapter of the Book of Revelation.
